I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and completed my BA at the University of Arizona in anthropology. My original focus was bio and zooarchaeology that sparked my deep interest and understanding of anatomy. In my final semester I took a medical anthropology class that set me on a new path. At that point I knew I wanted to practice a medicine that could be accessible to all, and benefitted both the mind and body. It took my own sports related injury some years later that exposed me to this medicine, and lead me down the path I am on now.
In 2017 I found my way to Portland, Oregon to study towards a Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
Upon Graduating in 2020 I returned to my hometown of Tucson to give back to the community that gave so much to me.
Currently I am in the shared office of Tucson Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs practicing alongside Nobi Pyle.

My approach to treatment is to try to create a supportive and safe environment for all bodies. My top priority is to provide a safe and effective medicine to every person who walks through my door. I truly believe that no one should go without healthcare and I want to work with you to ensure you are getting all of the help you need or want. I want my patients to feel like they are a part of their treatment experience. I love to give patients’ tools to use at home so they feel empowered in their healing journey.
I have found interest in treating all ailments that land on my table. However, I generally focus on pain management for individuals with chronic pain, sports related injuries, digestive issues (IBD, IBS, GERD), gynecological issues, menstrual irregularity, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, fertility, peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms, pain and discomfort during pregnancy.
