Acupuncture Treatment

This is a 60 - 75 minute treatment that can include needling based on chief complaint, cupping or gua sha, topped off with light body work. Herbs may be prescribed during these treatments. Initial treatment will include an in depth interview of body systems and a physical assessment. Each treatment is case dependent and may vary based on your needs at that time. 

Shiatsu (not currently offering)

This 60 minute treatment includes one hour of body work only. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork focused on balancing energetics in the meridians. This style massage primarily uses the thumbs and finger tips to apply pressure quickly along the meridians over the body. 

Herbal Consult

This is a 60 minute interview focused on finding a custom herbal formula that is best fit for you. Interview will include in-depth questions of body systems along with examination of tongue and pulse. The patient will walk away with a formula in hand. I do not take Herbal medicine lightly so this is for a patient committed to trying several formulas before getting one that is just right for them. Open communication is *key* to the success of this modality.

Auricular & 5NP

This treatment is a 30 min treatment that includes 5 needles in each ear. Auricular acupuncture has been used for regulating the nervous system for those with a history of trauma, PTSD, stress, anxiety and addiction. This is a great option for a quick restful treatment that will give you that overall well being feeling.
