*A screening form will be sent to you before each visit. This should be filled out before your appointment.

Please wait until your appointment time to enter the clinic to avoid more than one person in the clinic or any crowding. The door will remain locked during your treatment to ensure no one will come in unknowingly.

There are two rooms in the clinic that will be alternated between patients. This gives each room a minimum of 75 minutes of rest. Patients will be spaced out 15 minutes between appointments to ensure there will be no overlap.

Masks must be worn in the clinic at all times. The clinic will supply you with a single surgical mask if you should need one. 

Each room has its own ventilation along with an air purifier in the medicinary outside treatment rooms. 

Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the clinic for patient and practitioner use. 

Sheets are changed between each use.
